  Product overview:

  Composite epoxy resin composite cable tray is made of composite epoxy resin material pressed on the inside and outside of the steel tray. It has high strength, strong anticorrosive ability, beautiful appearance and medium service life. It is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as chemical plant areas, but cannot be applied to the environment containing fluoride ions.

  Brief description of production process:

  Composite epoxy resin composite cable tray is first made of an intermediate steel skeleton (lined with steel plate), and then the ladder edge is coated with a composite EPOXY resin anticorrosive layer and an anti-ultraviolet layer, and then the two ladder edges are coated with a composite epoxy resin anticorrosive layer and an anti-ultraviolet layer, using a hydraulic one-time molding process,One-time pressing and forming.

  When coating the anticorrosive layer and the anti-ultraviolet layer, a fully wrapped edging process is used to reduce the cutting surface and effectively avoid cracks and delamination.

  When coating the anticorrosive layer, if it is necessary to fill the place, gypsum strips can be used to make it smooth, airtight and full.

  Style:

  (1) Ladder-type structure: The ladder-type bridge is composed of ladder edges and cross gears. The ladder edges and cross gears are first welded together by welding to form a solid basic shape of the ladder-type bridge. Then, the outer layer is coated with an anticorrosive layer of composite epoxy resin and glass fiber cloth (felt) and an anti-ultraviolet gel coat layer, and hydroforming equipment is used to press and form it at a time.

  Due to process limitations, if there is a ladder-type composite bridge frame with a width of 100mm and 150mm, because the width is too narrow to fit the fixture during pressing, it can only be made into an integrated trough type or pallet type.

  (2) The structure of the trough type: The composite epoxy resin composite trough type is based on the ladder type, and a layer of bottom plate is laid to form a trough type. It is also called ladder plus bottom type and ladder trough type. In this way, it has the strength of a ladder structure and the sealing properties of a trough type. The bottom plate is usually a flat plate with pultrusion process, which is neat and beautiful. It is not lined with steel plate. The purpose is to reduce its own weight and play a closed role.

  (3) Tray type: It is based on the slot type, with patchwork ventilation holes. The ventilation area of the bottom of the perforated tray is not greater than 40% of the total area of the bottom.

  Lined with steel plate:  

  (1) Requirements for the material of the lining steel plate: It is made of Q235 cold-rolled steel plate, and its material should comply with GB1700-2006, GB 912-2008, GB/T11253-2007. Relevant provisions in GBTT3280-2007.

  (2) The lined steel plate is shot-blasted and rust-proof before the soft binding layer is brushed; or directly after the galvanized sheet is treated, the soft binding layer is brushed to prevent the metal skeleton and the main anticorrosive layer from delaminating due to different coefficients of thermal expansion.

  Cover plate:

  (1) The cover plate is made by pultrusion process, which is neat and beautiful. The cover plate is not lined with steel plate to minimize its own weight.

  (2) The cover plate is fixed with stainless steel cable ties, and each cover plate is equipped with 2 cable ties. The cable tie is firmly fixed and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and high tensile strength.

  (3) The length of the cover plate: the 6-meter-long bridge frame is equipped with two 3-meter-long cover plates. A 2-meter bridge frame is equipped with a 2-meter-long cover plate; a 3-meter bridge frame is equipped with a 3-meter-long cover plate.

  Connecting board:

  The connecting plate is also of composite type, lined with steel plate, which is the same material as the main body. The connecting plate of H=100 Banggao has 4 screws per piece, the connecting plate of H=150 Banggao has 8 screws per piece, and the connecting plate of H=200 Banggao has 8 screws per piece.
